Ailen Cruz Ontivero was born in Havana, Cuba, and moved to Miami, Florida, at the age of four, where she was raised. She earned her Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Political Science from Florida International University in 2022. In 2023, Ailen moved from El Paso, TX to the scenic city of Chattanooga to be closer to her family and expanded her legal experience by working alongside Mr. Hawkins on a variety of cases.

 

She is deeply committed to helping those in need and enjoys exploring different areas of law. Since 2024, she has been an integral part of Mr. Hawkins' team, bringing dedication and a strong work ethic to every case she handles.
